Q. When should I use OCEAN® for Kids on my child?
A. Specially formulated for infants, toddlers, and children up to 12
years of age, OCEAN® for Kids Premium Saline Nasal Spray naturally
provides infants and children with instant soothing relief to irritated
nasal passages due to colds and allergies. OCEAN® for Kids allows easier
breathing by loosening and thinning mucus and aiding in removal of
mucus from the nose and sinuses. Since it is non-medicated it may be
used as often as needed.
Q. How is OCEAN® for Kids different from regular Ocean?
A. Specially formulated for infants, toddlers, and children up to 12
years, OCEAN® for Kids contains glycerin as an extra-moisturizing agent.
It also has a smaller applicator tip to accommodate tiny noses.
Q. What about the ingredients?
A. OCEAN® for Kids Premium Saline Nasal Spray is non-medicated and may
be used as often as needed. The OCEAN® for Kids formulation contains no
unnecessary additives. It is formulated with purified water and
contains glycerin as a moisturizing agent and EDTA and benzalkonium
chloride as safe and very widely used preservatives.
Q. Does OCEAN® for Kids contain alcohol?
A. To avoid any possible stinging of delicate nasal membranes, the formulation is alcohol free.
Q. How exactly do I apply it?
A. Hold the bottle upside down for drop, upright for spray, and
horizontally for stream applications. For infants, it is best to use
the drop application. Place the infant on his/her back with head
between your knees. Put 2 drops in each nostril. Have the infant remain
on back for 1 to 2 minutes. Then wipe the nose with tissue or use a
bulb nasal aspirator. For children, hold bottle upright and squeeze
bottle twice into each nostril as often as needed or as directed by
physician.

A. OCEAN® for Kids Premium Saline Nasal Spray contains no harmful
ingredients and may be used as often as needed or as prescribed by your
doctor. Daily use can help keep nasal passages clear and moisturized.
