Q. What is the purpose of a sinus rinse like OCEAN® Complete?
A. OCEAN® Complete plays an important role in nasal health by providing two convenient, color-coded delivery options for complete relief in one nasal spray:
•    The orange nozzle provides a full stream of saline that irrigates, liquefies, and purges excess mucus from the nasal passages caused by colds, allergies, and chronic sinusitis.
•    The white nozzle provides a moisturizing mist for use in arid climates and air travel, as well as relief from nosebleeds and crusted mucus caused by forced-air heat and drug-induced dry nose.

Q. Can I use OCEAN® Complete after my sinus surgery?
A. First consult with your physician, but saline rinse is a commonly recommended therapy following nasal surgery to irrigate the sinuses and help reduce bleeding, thin mucus, and prevent crusting.

Q. Does OCEAN® Complete contain preservatives or alcohol?
A. OCEAN® Complete is both preservative- and alcohol-free.

Q. How often can I irrigate or rinse my nasal passages with OCEAN® Complete?
A. Since it is non-medicated, OCEAN® Complete may be used as often as needed or desired.

Q. Can I use OCEAN® Complete with my oxygen treatments and/or CPAP machine for sleep apnea?
A. Use OCEAN® Complete to purge the nasal passages prior to and after oxygen treatments, as well as before using your CPAP machine at night.

Q. Can I use OCEAN® Complete with my other allergy medications?
A. OCEAN® Complete is non-medicated and may be used with other allergy or cold medications.

Q. Can I use OCEAN® Complete on my children?
A. Yes OCEAN® Complete is safe for all ages. In addition, OCEAN® for Kids is specially formulated for infants, toddlers, and children under 12 years of age.  

Q. How should I store my OCEAN® Complete?
A. OCEAN® Complete is a sterile, preservative-free product that should be stored in a dry environment. Since the product is preservative-free, the nozzle should be removed and rinsed. Dry any excess moisture from the top of the can or nozzle before replacing the orange cap. If moisture persists around the nozzle or top of the can, store the product without the orange cap to allow for dying. The contents of the OCEAN® Complete product remains sterile in the can throughout use.
